Sherri Danae is our Worship Leader

What do you see when you look in a mirror? Do you see with the distorted and carnal eyes of the world or do you see with the truthful and spiritual eyes of the Almighty God who created you in His image? Do you critically compare yourself to others and find flaws and imperfections that you think have to be fixed? Are you unsatisfied with your body image and obsess with ways to improve the way you look?
Psalms 139:14 says "You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful." You are beautiful in every way just as you are for you are God's creation? Do you see yourself that way? As women, it is easy to fall into a trap of self-absorption and lose our focus on the fact that God has made us just the way He wants us to be.
We lose our identity and fall away from our "First Love".
As a daughter of Jesus Christ, Sherri Danae has a message to share about the love of God and his mercy and healing power in our lives. Singing since a young girl, she has always known the truth of God and His love for her, but hurtful events and trials in her life kept her from feeling close to Him. It was like there was a glass between her and the Lord. Although she could see His outstretched arms, she desperately cried out to Him, unable to experience His presence and touch. She felt the pain of not feeling His love and felt the shame and guilt of her past. Through His mighty works, the Holy Spirit shattered the window between them and showered His love upon Sherri Danae, His precious child.
Only He is able to break the barriers of worthlessness, shame, anxiety, and fear. Our God is the one who heals and makes the most broken of us beautiful. Sherri's story is all about finding love and acceptance for yourself through the power of God's love. She sings songs of hope, healing and of the amazing love of God and the beauty He has instilled in his children. Her music covers all styles and is for everyone of all ages. She has captured the attention of the mature audiences as well as middle age. Due to the fact that she has worked with children and teens most of her life, she has a special connection to the younger generation and can address the issues that they face today.
Romans 5:3-5. “…we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”
